hmm...urchin....i wonder if this one would change my mind about them (from running away to running toward to...) :D
Nissanese - My mom always makes me try uni if we go to a nicer/fresher sushi place. The ones before this time weren't good and the texture and taste is a little weird... definitely something you have to acquire or grow to love!
Where is this? I had uni at Sushi Sasabune (sushi Nazi!!) and was delish. Not as good as the ikura though :)
It's at some place near Keehi Lagoon... forgot the name. Never ate at Sasabune, but will keep that in mind next time I want sushi!
