Almost everything in the urban environment that surrounds me is constructed, arranged. Things that I take for granted, things that have become natural to me. It is as if objects and spaces around me have always been there, but they are artificial. Applied. Even the landscapes are arranged. Buildings are placed like jewellery in the landscapes.
I construct, I arrange.

From 'Pink Years Later'
Sexy and repulsive at the same time – you need to touch them – wear them and they transform… being placed on the body but also long for the person standing in front of you, triggering the voyeur in the other.

figments
"To my mind, 'monsters' are just hints of shapes, fleeting visual cues that trigger the imagination to complete a shape. Aren't monsters often seen on very dark or very foggy nights?"

portable treasuries
Bummed that I didn't get to go back and see the Nadler's collection of jewelry at MAD before it closed. The Nadler's have an enviable collection of silver jewelry from their travels throughout "North Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, and the hill tribes of Southeast Asia." So amazing.
The Miao jewelry is always my favorite.
