Post Thanksgiving

My Un-Thanksgiving dinner: shrimp tempura, green salad, tofu poke (sooooo goooood), sweet potatoes, homemade green bean casserole, cranberries, gobo, cheesy potato thing.

Important to note is that there was an abundance of turkey, ham, gravy and stuffing - I just don't eat meat. lt's all good though, last year I was eating quesadillas and learning how to swear in Spanish.

Lately, the weather here has been ideal. Clear, sunny skies and lots of cool breezes. I really am thankful to get to live here, I save so much money on clothes because I only need one layer. You should see my skinny set of drawers and small closet!

How was your Thanksgiving and long weekend? Eat or do anything untraditional?

Seeing your food makes me sad that I missed out on my family's Thanksgiving for the first time. But I had such a good time in SF!

Your 'un-thanksgiving' dinner looks delicious! over here we don't celebrate thanksgiving, which is unfortunate. after all, any excuse for having a nice meal is a good excuse :p

Oh, the weather there is gorgeous! It's been rainy here, but at least it's in the mid-40s.

Your dinner looks really delicious! We went the traditional route and had turkey, stuffing, pumpkin&apple soup, etc... There are SO MANY leftovers!

Yum, your un-Thanksgiving dinner looks so delicious. I don't eat meat either so we had tofu-chicken stir fry for all the vegetarians and it was really good....
